日前,，我校生命科學(xué)學(xué)院浙江省媒介生物學(xué)與病原控制重點實驗室植物健康團(tuán)隊再傳捷報,，作為第一作者或通訊作者在《Autophagy》、《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》等期刊上發(fā)表了高水平論文10篇,，同時作為共同作者在《PNAS》,、《The EMBO Journal》等雜志發(fā)表了高水平論文3篇。

　　重點實驗室主任張立欽教授在《Autophagy》（生物學(xué)1區(qū)TOP,，影響因子13.3）雜志上以通訊作者合作發(fā)表了題為“Interplay of energy metabolism and autophagy”的高水平論文,。自噬在生物體生長發(fā)育、免疫防御等生理和病理過程中都起著非常重要的作用,。自噬對細(xì)胞在饑餓或能量應(yīng)激中的生存起著重要作用,；反過來，它又受到細(xì)胞能量狀態(tài)的調(diào)節(jié),。論文簡明了在碳或葡萄糖饑餓等能量匱乏情況下,，酵母、哺乳動物和植物細(xì)胞調(diào)節(jié)自噬的分子機(jī)制,。

　　團(tuán)隊骨干李陽博士作為第一作者,，以“The role of flagellin F in Vibrio Parahaemolyticus-induced intestinal immunity and functional domain identification”為題的研究成果發(fā)表在《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》（化學(xué)1區(qū)TOP，影響因子8.4）雜志上,，研究揭示了副溶血性弧菌鞭毛蛋白flaF通過MyD88依賴性途徑誘導(dǎo)TLR5介導(dǎo)的免疫應(yīng)答,。結(jié)果加深了我們對副溶血性弧菌鞭毛蛋白免疫原性特性的理解，為未來的疫苗開發(fā)提供理論支持,。團(tuán)隊骨干張紹勇副教授作為共同通訊作者發(fā)表成果“Antimicrobial activity of natural and semi-synthetic carbazole alkaloids”在《European Journal of Medicinal Chemistry》（醫(yī)學(xué)1區(qū)TOP）雜志上,。

　　此前，團(tuán)隊骨干王繼棟教授為通訊作者的研究成果“Acyltransferase Domain Swapping for the Production of Tenvermectin B Metabolites in Genetically Engineered Strain Streptomyces avermitilis HU02”發(fā)表在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry 》（農(nóng)林科學(xué)1區(qū)TOP）雜志上,。閔莉靜博士為第一作者的研究成果“Novel Dioxolane Ring Compounds for the Management of Phytopathogen Diseases as Ergosterol Biosynthesis Inhibitors: Synthesis, Biological Activities, and Molecular Docking”也發(fā)表在《Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry 》雜志上,。閔莉靜博士為第一作者的另一項研究成果“Synthesis, crystal structure, herbicidal activity and mode of action of new cyclopropane-1,1-dicarboxylic acid analogues”亦于發(fā)表在《Pesticide Biochemistry and Physiology》（農(nóng)林科學(xué)1區(qū)TOP）雜志上。

　　同時,，團(tuán)隊與浙江大學(xué),、蘭州大學(xué)、浙江農(nóng)林大學(xué)強(qiáng)強(qiáng)合作,，共同發(fā)表了高水平論文3篇,。張立欽教授和吳酬飛教授作為共同作者，以“Mec1 regulates PAS recruitment of Atg13 via direct binding with Atg13 during glucose starvation-induced autophagy”為題的成果在《PNAS》雜志（中科院1區(qū)TOP,影響因子11.2）發(fā)表,。同時以“TOR-mediated Ypt1 phosphorylation regulates autophagy initiation complex assembly”為題的成果發(fā)表于《The EMBO Journal》雜志（生物學(xué)1區(qū)TOP,，影響因子11.4）。張立欽教授為共同作者，以“Variations in amino acids caused by drought stress mediate the predisposition of Carya cathayensis to Botryosphaeria canker disease”為題的成果,，發(fā)表于《Journal of Experimental Botany》雜志（生物學(xué)1區(qū)TOP）,。

　　多篇高水平論文產(chǎn)出表明實驗室研究氛圍濃厚，實驗室將進(jìn)一步推進(jìn)實施團(tuán)隊計劃,，發(fā)揮團(tuán)隊力量,，繼續(xù)精心助推更多高水平高質(zhì)量科研成果產(chǎn)出。
